The City is seeking an enthusiastic, highly skilled and motivated individual to manage our contracts for the City Infrastructure and Traffic Operations Unit.

As Contract Manager, you will develop and manage the tender and contract functions of the Unit to ensure that the contract management and administration function is of the highest standard and aligns with the City's policies, procedures and corporate systems.

You will build sound relationships, drive internal communications and internal and external stakeholders, including; managing work, health and safety strategies and work practices that enable contractors and staff to create an effective and strong safety culture.

You will also contribute to the development, implementation and delivery of all or nominated service contracts.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

• extensive experience in managing a large-scale civil infrastructure and construction service contracts or similar service delivery environment;
• extensive experience in contract management and procurement services;
• excellent stakeholder management and skills and be able to manage a complex contractual environment.
