• Salary Package Circa $140,000

We are looking for someone highly motivated to lead a professional team responsible for presentation of Bendigo’s open space and parklands including areas of exotic and native vegetation of historical and environmental importance.

Maintaining an exceptional standard and range of passive and active recreational facilities and opportunities for residents and visitors alike, is a primary focus of this critical role in the City of Greater Bendigo's leadership team. Equally the role will be pivotal in ensuring that Bendigo's streetscapes continue to offer an inviting and highly attractive environment for motorists and pedestrians.

The successful applicant will have inspirational leadership ability together with a strong focus on performance, developing staff and working collaboratively with others in the organisation and the community. Tertiary qualifications and extensive experience with the ability to plan strategically to support the achievement of Council and organisation objectives will be fundamental in this role.
