- Salary: $113k to $126k per annum + monthly ADO + Super

About the role
We’ve got a 2 year full time opportunity available in our Customer Experience and Transformation Department for a Project Management Office (PMO) Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the Project Delivery Framework across various Teams to ensure alignment with Council Strategy.
This will include:
• Ensuring effective document management and record keeping
• Monitoring of evaluation processes
• Monitoring financial components
• Ensuring quality and accessibility of information
• Proving governance over reporting processes
• Tracking milestones and deliverables against project timelines
About you
To succeed in this position you will need:
• Demonstrated PMO, Project Coordination or Project Management experience. Ideally you would of completed or are currently studying a relevant certification in PMO or project management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Capability in utilising online reporting / project management tools and an ability to invest in and embrace new technologies
• A flexible approach to achieving targets and objectives within set time lines and conflicting pressures
