Job Description

Supporting the Director of Customer & Technology and the broader directorate, we are looking for someone who not only possesses outstanding executive support skills but someone who has the ability to think strategically, manage projects and use their planning, relationship-building and organisational skills to ensure the success of our directorate's outcomes. We are looking for someone to hit the ground running who will be responsible for:

  • providing executive support to the director (diary management, organising meetings etc)
  • preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations that bring life to the work of Customer & Technology directorate
  • project support across the directorate, including tracking deliverables and providing status updates to the executive leadership team

Desired Skills and Experience

The Customer & Technology directorate is a mix of customer operations, customer experience, digital & marketing, digital transformation & technology teams. We are looking for someone who has previous exposure and understanding of the needs of customer and technology focused business groups.

To succeed in this position you will need:

  • Previous experience providing executive support (preferably in a customer service and/or technology environment)
  • Attention to detail is integral, strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to create spectacular PowerPoint presentations
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, including previous experience supporting other team members complete their deliverables on time
  • The ability to think strategically and contribute to project work
