The Hobart City Council has undertaken a survey to determine how the organisation can best serve the community and the community’s views on the council’s progress towards achieving outcome identified in the Council’s Strategic Plan to meet its Community’s Vision in 2025 goal..

General Manager Nick Heath said the Council conducts a survey every two years as a way of ensuring it is meeting with the Community’s 2025 Vision.

“Reponses provided by a random sample of residential and business communities will help the Council serve our community better by letting us know how we are performing and where we need to improve. The survey results will also guide our future planning,” Mr Heath said.

More than 2000 people were randomly selected by IMB-Link group to participate in the August 21 survey.
