Golden Plains Shire Council is seeking a dynamic Manager Community Wellbeing to lead its busy Active Ageing & Inclusion and Child & Family Services teams and play a significant role in the organisation’s innovative management team. Over the next three years, the Manager Community Wellbeing will collaboratively and strategically drive Council’s service planning and delivery of these services including a review of Council’s Aged Care Services, development of Municipal Early Years Plan and introduction of three-year-old kindergarten.

The new Manager Community Wellbeing is a highly motivated professional who thrives on making a positive difference in the workplace and the community. With a history of exceptional leadership of high-performing teams with excellent customer service, the new Manager will bring professional experience in human services, strategic planning and governance to this quality government role.
