Senior Building Surveyor
Salary up to $117,305 per annum plus superannuation
and a Motor Vehicle under Leaseback arrangement
(depending upon qualifications and experience)

About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to join our Building Certification Team. This is a permanent position and as a flexible employer we are offering you the choice of a full time or part time working arrangement!
The Building Certification team is responsible for delivering a range of residential development assessments, Construction Certificates, fire safety regulatory requirements and Complying Development Certificates for all classes of buildings across the local government area.
You will focus on the assessment of Development / Construction Certificate applications and Council’s Certification functions. This is a great opportunity to build your skills in the practical application of planning and certification functions. You will also use your technical aptitude and personal resilience to contribute to the team achieving in this fast-paced work environment.
