Administration Officers x 3

 

We are closely working alongside 3 x Local Councils situated throughout the metro area of Perth - East, West & South of the River.  They are all looking for highly skilled Administration Officers with exceptional customer service skills to join them for short-term contract roles - minimum of 3 months.

Eastern Suburbs 
- Part Time Administration Role - working specific days - Thursday & Friday - 16 hours per week starting ASAP - 3 month contract with a view to extending.

Western Suburbs - Full Time Administration Role - 38 hours per week - starting October 2021 - Customer Service role - 2 month contract - assisting within a call centre environment.

South of the River - Full Time Administration Role - 38 hours per week - starting ASAP - solid administrative experience including organising meetings, compiling agendas and undertaking general duties.
 
These position have the following requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide high levels of customer service;
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise work with limited supervision;
  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills, and ability to innovatively contribute solutions to problems;
  • Relevant experience in an administration support role;
  • Accurate data entry skills;
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of, and experience with, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
