Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will join the Recruitment Team consisting of 11 Senior Recruitment Advisers, 3 Recruitment Coordinators.
 
With a strong focus on the delivery of key recruitment initiatives, the team are instrumental in ensuring the business attracts, recruits, and selects top talent. The team are passionate about delivering a high-quality service for our stakeholders.

About the role 

  • Act as the first point of contact for general recruitment queries including answering calls, giving recruitment policy advice, escalating queries to the Senior Recruitment Advisers/ Team Leaders where required and managing the recruitment inbox (average of at least 50 emails a day with tight deadlines).
  • Assist with coordinating and undertaking activities for and at bulk recruitment including assessment centres, completion of pre-employment checks and the maintenance of tracking spreadsheets, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide high level recruitment and administrative support to the Recruitment Team regarding end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Internal movement system administration and issuing letter of offers.
  • Coordinate interviews and other assessment processes with various stakeholders.
  • Administer psychometric testing and review results.
  • Engage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
     

There is a diverse range of volume and specialist recruitment in both SEQ and Regional business groups, at times you will be required to travel to assist with business needs.

About you

You will have:

  • You will have experience in a similar role providing support to recruitment professionals.
  • Experience liaising and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders on business matters
  • Strong communication skills coupled with a customer focused attitude, able to ensure a positive experience for stakeholders
  • High level of initiative and be solutions orientated
  • Effective time management with a high level attention to detail
  • Strong skill, knowledge and experience working with databases, spreadsheeting and document formatting
