MANAGER – ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and independent person to join our People and Culture team to assist us to successfully deliver CHW’s organisational development needs.

The successful candidates will:

  • Create and drive the implementation of a People Strategy which is aligned with CHW’s vision and the P&C vision and purpose.
  • Lead a small team in the development and delivery of learning and development and cultural development initiatives.
  • Be an exemplar of leadership and management professionalism in people management.
  • Facilitate the delivery of best practice change and organisational development across the business through consultation.
  • Lead and facilitate the design, development, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based change and OD strategic initiatives which contribute to stronger people practices across the business.
  • Provide expertise on the people elements of CHW’s Corporate Plan and Diversity and Culture Strategy, and recommend advice/solutions on best practice.
