About the role
Our Risk and Governance Team is responsible for ensuring CHW integrates risk management thinking into decision making throughout the organisation. The team put in place the protocols, procedures and frameworks that ensure the business is aware of its risks, and how to manage them efficiently and effectively, while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Our risk profile is experiencing great change, and we see the successful candidate playing a pivotal role in guiding us through this change, and developing a positive risk culture across the business.
The team is a close-knit group who support each other, and the business, to ensure risk, compliance and governance is at the front of all our team member’s minds.
Reporting to the General Manager, Business Services; the Manager, Risk and Governance will assist in leading CHW’s risk and compliance culture, enhancing the outcomes of all decisions to enable the achievement of strategic objectives.
