Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator

Full-time/12-month Contract
Salary range $65K to 85Kpa plus Super

About the role:

You will ensure CHW's wastewater treatment plants are operated and maintained to treat wastewater to industry best practice and to meet CHW's regulatory and environmental obligations.  

You will also be responsible for optimising wastewater treatment and reuse opportunities and enhance our land river health 

About you:

You have:

  • Operational experience in the treatment of wastewater or similar, including general awareness of the regulations that govern the water industry
  • Ability to perform technical tasks and apply logical problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Highly motivated with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based work environment.
