Randwick City Council is a vibrant and diverse Council in the eastern suburbs of Sydney characterised by its coastline, residential, heritage, sporting, health and educational precincts. Located in South Coogee, Moverly Children’s Centre is seeking a Cook.

The role of Cook is responsible for planning, ordering and preparing nutritious, appropriate and varied lunches, Morning and Afternoon teas for children attending Moverly Children’s Centre.

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Basic training in Food Safety and Nutrition 
• Experience in preparing meals for groups of children
• Experience in preparing nutritiously balanced meals
• Ability to communicate on all levels with individuals and groups
• A NSW Working with Children Clearance, as per the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012, obtained via the Office of the Children’s Guardian.
• Certificate III in Children’s Services is desirable
