The City of Sydney Library provides a space for our vibrant communities to grow, learn connect and create. The Library operates across nine branches including our two new state of the art libraries - Green Square Library and Darling Exchange, due for completion over the next 12 months.

An exciting new Libraries Venue Coordinator role is now available to manage the bookable spaces in the City's library network.

Initially based at the new Green Square Library (opening mid 2018), you will be responsible for managing bookings and liaising with hirers, City and library teams to deliver an excellent experience to all. You will also implement new processes and procedures and be responsible for communicating to and training library colleagues.

You will need strong communication and organisational skills, be able to think on your feet and provide basic tech set up and support to hirers. Experience with Venue Hire systems is a must.
