Salary: AUD 47,546.00 per annum plus Superannuation (Remuneration stated is for the part-time position)
Employment status: Permanent
Employment arrangement: Part-time (Mondays to Fridays up to 25 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Customer Service Officer who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive on not just meeting, but exceeding customer expectations to join our exciting Customer Service unit.
Customer Service Officers are the first point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, providing high quality, efficient and friendly services, accurate advice, information and access to the City's services and facilities across a range of customer service operational areas including Call Centre, Counter, Administration and customer service support functions.
The successful candidate will have great communication skills, extensive experience of working within a call centre and customer service environment.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate patience and understanding of customer needs, have good computer literacy skills, consistently meets or exceeds their KPIs and has excellent schedule adherence.
A comprehensive induction and training program will be provided and you will receive ongoing coaching and mentoring in a supportive and a progressive environment.
