The Corporate Partnerships team is looking for a skilled administration professional to join its small team in working on the City's Banner Program and Sponsorships.
Your main responsibilities will be coordinating the banner network administration, tasks will include but aren't limited to processing banner campaign bookings, campaign plotting/ sequencing, banner invoices and liaison with our external clients and contractors. You will also provide general administration support across the team when required across both banners and sponsorships.
You will have demonstrated experience in a customer service and administration support role with high levels of attention to detail. You will also have highly developed written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact proficiently with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
