The City is responsible for the commercial, financial and cultural hub of the greater Sydney area.The City's Financial Systems team manages the support, development, and integration of a portfolio of applications which includes financial, purchasing, business performance, and online event/venue booking software used by the City.

We are seeking a Financial Systems Team Leader responsible for the daily support and operation of the Financial Systems portfolio of applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervision of two Financial Systems Officers including training and support
• Ensure support/service to the customers of Financial Systems is within acceptable service standards
• Ensuring controls are being maintained and governance activities are met
• Application configuration, maintenance development, testing, and implementation
• User problem solving including needs analysis, process documentation, and identification of appropriate solutions
• Consultation with business groups on their financial/information requirements

Experience in managing support services for a similar portfolio of applications is essential together with managing a small team with competing demands for time and resources. Experience in the Technology One suite of applications including the automation tools (BETL, XLOne and Publisher) is highly desirable.
