The City's Health and Building Administration team is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic staff member to join the team to fill a permanent Business Support Officer - Systems vacancy. The position holder will work closely with the Systems Administration Officer to assist with the maintenance and delivery of changes to administrative processes and auditing of data.

In this role you will provide high quality, professional business support and customer service in a regulatory and compliance environment, whilst assisting to maintain and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the units processes and reporting.

The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity will have:

• excellent organisation, communication and administration skills to meet high volumes, strict deadlines and competing priorities
• experience in analysing data and identifying system improvements
• an ability to develop meaningful key performance indicators to measure performance and the skills to create and schedule regular reports.
