An exciting opportunity is available in the City of Sydney's Creative City unit for a Library Technician. The primary purpose of this role is to connect library visitors and users with information, literacy, technology and lifelong learning by delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Library Technician supports the Team Leader and Librarian in library best practice and engaging the community which includes but is not limited to assessing and evaluating team services and programs to ensure collections, technology, program and spaces meet and align with community needs.
You will need to be available to work any shift pattern within a seven-day week and be agile and resilient across a library network of nine branches in the City of Sydney Local Government Area.
