The City's Grants and Sponsorship Program supports initiatives and projects that build the social, cultural, environmental and economic life of the city. Through this program the City partners with the community and business to further the actions, strategic directions and vision of Sustainable Sydney 2030.

This role involves broad grant management administration responsibilities including data entry, document management consolidation, raising payments and reviewing application description and general upkeep of the online grants management system - SmartyGrants. Ideal candidates for this position will be actively seeking casual work on an ad-hoc basis. Flexibility will be required as there are peak periods throughout the year that the position supports.

To be successful you will have:

• experience in managing a high volume of work
• an excellent attention to detail
• the demonstrated ability to effectively work with a large number of internal and external stakeholders.

To be considered for this opportunity you must have experience in the administration, coordination, promotion and reporting of grants programs. An understanding of contemporary issues, trends and strategies in the provision of grants administration, analysis and reporting is also beneficial.
