Correspondence management is a vital customer service function within the City of Sydney. It is a key part of our strategy to strengthen customer service values and achieve our Sustainable Sydney 2030 plan.

As a Casual Correspondence and Briefings Officer within the City's Customer Service team, you will work with City staff to write and track high-level correspondence and briefing notes, develop knowledge of specific policy areas, and maintain systems and business processes within agreed service performance levels.

You will be a hands-on professional with demonstrated experience working in a high-pressure environment. Exceptional writing and editing skills, excellent time management skills and meticulous attention to detail. Tertiary qualifications in communications or a related field, or demonstrated practical experience as a writer will be necessary for this challenging role.
