The role of the Business Partner is to deliver high quality employee Relations, case management services and provide specialist HR guidance and advice. The Business Partner will be accountable for all case management activities while keeping in mind the City of Sydney's policies and legislative requirements. Reporting to the Manager of Corporate HR your role will build people management capability in order to drive a high performance culture.
