Candidates are invited to apply for the permanent position of Technology and Digital Services Business Advisor within our Technology & Digital Services (TDS) Unit responsible for improving IT service delivery and quality.

The position will be a part of a small, high performing team whose primary responsibilities are to manage a portfolio of business units, understand and assist the units to meet their strategic objectives, investigate and resolve issues, monitor and report on service delivery and initiate process improvements.

The position will also have demonstrated experience in presenting to key stakeholders and consulting with them to capture their IT needs, requirements and outcomes clearly.

The successful candidate will have proven experience promoting client focussed service delivery in a similar role. Project management and requirements analysis experience are also required.

Relevant qualifications, ITIL knowledge, the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively, and to develop and write appropriate and accurate documentation, memos, training guides and reports are essential.
