• The role will assist in shaping the environmental future through the provision of advice and expertise to planning bodies.
• The role assesses and responds to referred planning applications from local governments in the region ensuring relevant planning referrals are responded to in a timely manner and consistently address key environmental risks and opportunities

What you need to succeed

• Relevant undergraduate degree in environmental management, planning or equivalent work experience (Mandatory)
• Post graduate qualifications in environmental management, town or regional planning or regional development (Desirable)
• Experience in Urban, town, regional or land-use planning
• Teamwork, Strategic thinking, Policy and Projects
