Banyule is seeking an experienced Information Management Team Leader & EDRMS Administrator to manage the day to day operations of its corporate Information/Records Management team.

A key focus of the role will be to administer Banyule Councils EDRMS system (RM8) and it would be desirable that you have a strong understanding and appropriate knowledge of relevant IT Systems.

By developing and implementing initiatives, policies, procedures and systems you will maximise the efficient and effective operation of the Information Management and Records Service.

We are looking for someone with:

• Degree or Diploma in related field with several years' experience or lesser formal qualifications with extensive experience.
• Relevant experience in implementing improvements and enhancements to information management systems and practices.
• Self-motivated and has great leadership skills
• Well versed in statutory obligations as well as contemporary records management practices and technologies. 

This role:

• Permanent Full Time
• Attracts a salary of $89,100 to $99,406 plus super
• Supports flexible work arrangements
• Rostered day off every four weeks
