Banyule Leisure Customer Experience Coordinator

Banyule Leisure is committed to facilitating ‘exceptional health and wellbeing outcomes’ for all. We are seeking an experienced Leisure Customer Experience professional to join our team and lead & support our established customer service team.  


A solution-focused problem solver, you thrive in a busy leisure centre environment and are confident to lead a team through continuously improving our communities’ experiences with Banyule Leisure.  


You will have

  • An inclusive practice and an ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in leading, coaching and training staff in a high volume customer service setting
  • Experience identifying and implementing best practice sales and customer journey improvements
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
  • A hands on collaborative approach to leisure leadership


This role sits within the Business Development & Engagement team at Banyule Leisure – and will work across all three Banyule Leisure sites.  Extensive professional development is available, this position particularly suits an experienced sales/customer experience professional looking to grow their management skill set across multiple sites and disciplines.

  • Salary range $69,817.89 - 80,881.66 plus super
  • Full time 38 hours per week
  • Monthly RDO
  • Ongoing learning and individual development opportunities
