Innovation Engagement Advisor

Innovation at Brimbank is about transforming our ways to enhance the experience of our customers and to enrich the lives of our community. You will facilitate organisation's engagement at all levels to deliver on innovation vision & promote engagement across the organisation to implement the Innovation Strategy and embed innovation frameworks into organisation activities 

You will have

• Demonstrated experience in rolling out organisation wide engagement programs along with degree  qualification in Communication field
• Demonstrated communication plan development and implementation
• Ability to influence key stakeholders in the uptake of the innovation framework, process, messaging and ideas management portal
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and respectfully with diverse teams through collaboration and communication
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate end to end Innovation Events with understanding of best practice project management, change Management and event management methodology
