Coordinator Parking and Compliance Management

About the Role

Supervising a team of dedicated field and office-based staff, you will oversee the provision of parking compliance and regulation services, along with business support functions that contribute to the smooth operations of a Department with over 250 staff.  

You will ensure the seamless delivery of business support services to the Safer Communities Department, including infringement management processes and the development of data analytics on behalf of compliance functions.

You will also contribute to Council's financial sustainability by overseeing the Parking Compliance team.  With your exceptional relationship building skills and your ability to influence and drive change, you will identify opportunities to lead digital improvements to support council's compliance related activities (predominantly in the parking compliance area).

About You

Your understanding of Smart Cities philosophies will assist you to implement business and continuous improvement programs within parking compliance and business support services.

You enjoy working in a fast paced, innovative environment. You have excellent people management, communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to read political landscape to proactively manage workload.

You have an ability to deal with concepts and complexity comfortably; using analytical and conceptual skills to reason through problems. Your innovative thinking will see you excel at collaborating across all areas of the Council.

Salary: starts at $95,575 per annum pro rata plus superannuation
