Based in Colac, within two hours of Melbourne, Colac Otway Shire offers some of the most picturesque scenery in the state. The Colac Otway Shire encompasses coastline, rainforests, waterfalls and lakes with a total land area of 3,250 square kilometres, of which a large proportion is State Forest and National Park, including beaches, and craters. An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced professional to join Council’s Senior Management Team.

Colac Otway Shire Council seeks an outstanding leader with demonstrated experience in leading the provision of quality services in organisational development, corporate planning and development, human resources, learning and development and risk management.

Motivated, successful and highly credible, you will work closely with the Executive Team to help foster an organisational culture that embodies and implements the organisations values, with a strong emphasis on excellent service delivery performance and outcomes for our community.
