POSITION OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the delivery of a customer focused information service offering industry best practice to the organisation.
- Develop, maintain and implement policies, procedures and systems to maximize the efficient provision of information management services.
- To coordinate the activities of the Information Management Services unit in accordance with legislative requirements and Council policies.
- Ensure the organisation complies with legislative requirements relating to record keeping.
- · To ensure that Council information is complete, accurate, secure and confidential.
- Ensure the protection of vital records, the security of confidential information and meeting all legal, evidential and accountability requirements.
