Assistant Accountant

Temporary Full-Time until December 2018

 As Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for assisting the Financial Accountant in ensuring that Council meets its financial statutory obligations and current accounting standards.

As well as Co-ordination of Council’s non rates debtor function,provide support across a range of financial accounting activities relating to Council operations, ensuring all financial records are accurately entered and maintained, assist in the preparation of various financial reports as required and provide Accounting support to the operation of the Financial Services Unit.
