Planner 

An excellent opportunity has arisen in the City’s statutory planning department for an experienced planner to join our multidisciplinary team of development specialists and play a key role in the delivery of high quality development approvals.

This position is responsible for providing advice to clients relating to development and subdivision applications, contributing to improvements to the planning system and planning scheme and preparation of a range of related reports, correspondence and documentation.

The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification in Land Use Planning, Environmental Planning or another related discipline, previous experience in planning application assessments and the ability to deliver high quality customer service.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to present clear and precise reports, permits and correspondence are essential for this position.
