Landscape Architect (Re-advertised)

The City of Greater Bendigo is seeking an innovative Landscape Architect to join our Public Space Design team. This is a rare opportunity to leave your mark on one of Victoria’s fastest growing major regional cities.

The successful application will be part of a team responsible for the planning and design of Greater Bendigo’s public spaces including parks, play spaces, recreation areas and streetscapes. The team also provides urban design advice and oversees open space planning within new residential areas.

This role will allow the successful applicant to the opportunity to design and implement exciting open space and urban design projects and play an important role in the transformation of Greater Bendigo’s public realm to help us realise our vision of being Australia’s most liveable regional city.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, innovative and team focused with well demonstrated project management and design skills. Well developed interpersonal skills along with the ability to develop sound relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential for this role.

A minimum of 3 years prior experience and a tertiary degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design or similar will be required for this position.
