We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator, Creative Spaces to join the Capital Venues and Events (CVE) Unit which produces, promotes and delivers events, various theatre productions and special functions on behalf of the City of Greater Bendigo.

This role will manage all operational elements to ensure a positive experience for clients by developing collaborative and influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will oversee all aspects of technical and facility management to ensure safe and efficient operations at CVE.

You will provide leadership and team management to your staff including professional development and growth of staff as well as maintaining a culture of high performance within the unit.

The successful applicant will have a proven ability as a strong professional leader and demonstrated experience developing and delivering strategic plans to ensure effective operations of all CVE venues and events.
