Coordinator, Marketing and Business Development

We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator, Marketing and Business Development to join the Capital Venues and Events (CVE) Unit which produces, promotes and delivers events, various theatre productions and special functions on behalf of the City of Greater Bendigo.

This role will be Responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan and brand management of Capital Venues and Events. You will oversee the marketing of programs, events and activities and develop and implement philanthropic support, private giving and fund-raising initiatives.

You will provide leadership and team management to your staff including professional development and growth of staff as well as maintaining a culture of high performance within the unit.

The successful applicant will have a proven ability as a strong professional leader and demonstrated ability to identify and realise commercial and community partnerships (including sponsors, business and media partners) for the benefit of the unit, team and audience.
