Project Manager - GovHub 

The City is seeking a suitably experienced Project Manager to lead a complex multi-stakeholder major project on behalf of the City. The project will involve development of a new shared Government Services Hub for Bendigo, including the co-location of Council services with a number of state government services in a newly built facility. This project presents an exciting opportunity to reimagine service delivery and ways of working to significantly improve the experience of customers and staff, and the engagement of the community. This role will be responsible for representing Council’s interests on the shared project group, as well as overseeing organisational readiness for new ways of working.

Strong project and change management skills and experience will be required to ensure this project is a success. You will be highly organised, experienced in managing major projects and change, and be familiar with project management methodologies.

Essential to your success will be your professional communication and presentation skills that enable you to build and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships across the organisation and with a diverse range of external stakeholder groups.
