We are seeking a dynamic Senior Smart City Development Officer to join a motivated and collaborative team that supports world leading innovation.

In this newly created role you will support and grow Bendigo’s future digital economy and utilise technology and data to improve city decision making.

Crucially you will play a key role in engaging with high level stakeholders and the community in the further development and implementation of a Smart City Strategic Framework for Bendigo.

You will have demonstrated experience in delivering innovation and/or technology projects, including understanding of the use digital technology to improve service delivery and community engagement.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong analytical skills and a demonstrated knowledge and experience in effective stakeholder engagement are essential to this role.

You will have experience and relevant qualifications in science, information management, data management, community development, engineering, or similar disciplines or relatable substantial experience.
