We are seeking a dedicated Senior Economic Development Officer to work with a motivated team in our Regional Sustainable Development unit.
Greater Bendigo is undergoing an exciting period of growth and change, with an expectation of a close to doubling of the population to around 200,000 by 2050. This role will be pivotal in identifying and implementing initiatives and providing timely advice to both support existing and to attract new businesses helping to drive economic and employment growth..
Applicants should hold tertiary qualifications in business, economics, marketing, or a related field and possess strong communication and analytical skills. A proven track record in building and managing stakeholder relationships and successful project delivery particularly in a regional setting will be important to role success
