Advisor to the General Manager (Community Life)

Reporting to the General Manager Community Life, the Advisor will be the essential conduit between departmental leaders on  divisional strategy, initiatives, projects and policies.   

This newly created position has been designed to support and drive strategic planning, reporting and policy delivery across our Community Life Division.  You will liaise with departmental leaders on projects, communications and priorities, review and research reports and papers, and develop systems to support collaboration and communication across the division.  

Key attributes

  • Interpersonal and project management skills to bring together people and information from multiple sources to meet a range of communication objectives.
  • High level ability to manage simultaneous and competing priorities, and drive projects through to completion.
  • Advanced research, policy development, and communications capabilities.
  • Sound knowledge of government and community sector operations.
