This new position will play a key role in leading our Business Improvement Department and delivering key organisational projects and business improvement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Use project management methodologies, business improvement thinking and business analytics to ensure projects are delivered.
• Build our internal capability to identify and make improvements using lean principles and techniques.  
• Develop organisational business improvement methodologies, processes and tools.
• Monitor progress to set plans and actions.
• Provide strategic direction and support to your team, and effectively allocate resources as needed.

Key attributes

• Lean/Six Sigma certification and/or extensive experience driving business improvement programs based on this methodology. 
• High level communication and relationship building skills.
• Track record of success in providing advice and recommendations to senior management, facilitating continuous improvement workshops, and engaging staff with process and task analysis. 
• Skills in process mapping, research and analysis.
• Action oriented and results focused, with a passion for delivering real improvements and great experiences.
