Administration Officer

This newly created position will provide general administrative support to our busy and diverse Arts & Culture Department.

Reporting to the Senior Administration Officer, you will support all members of the department and perform tasks such as records management, processing invoices, correspondence, diary management, event support, and taking general enquiries.

This is a part-time position working approximately 45 hours per fortnight.

  • Combination of secretarial, administrative and financial experience.
  • Genuine interest in the Arts. 
  • Ability to work in a busy environment.
  • Energy and versatility to move quickly and seamlessly between a number of tasks and functions.
