On behalf of the City, we now invite applications for the position of Manager Finance.

This senior finance role will provide high level advice to the Council, CEO and Executive Team in regards to finance matters. The person appointed will lead the Finance team to ensure that long term financial planning, budgeting and financial reporting complies with Accounting Standards, Local Government Act and all relevant legislation. The Manager Finance will also ensure that the residents, ratepayers and other stakeholders of the City of Kwinana are well informed in relation to the City's finances.

People interested in being considered for this position must be professionally qualified and experienced Finance professionals who will ideally bring a strong knowledge of Local Government operations, functions and statutory obligations, together with good commercial skills.     

The City seeks to attract a high quality candidate to this position and will offer a competitive remuneration package, inclusive of a salary in the range of $110,000 – 125,000 plus superannuation.
