The position of Director Engineering & Parks Services reports to the CEO and is a member of the City’s Executive Leadership Team. Accountabilities include leading Engineering Services, Asset Management and Park Services as well as the development and delivery of strategies and plans that service the objectives of the City’s Integrated Strategic Planning Framework.

As a member of the City’s Executive, the Director must play a broader role in the strategic leadership and development of the entire organisation.

Intending applicants must be degree qualified civil engineers, preferably with post graduate qualifications in management, with extensive experience in similar functional responsibilities. You must be able to develop, coach and mentor your staff and lead by example, demonstrating a devotion to customer service and a commitment to excellence.

The position will be offered on the basis of a fixed term contract of up to five years duration, with a salary of $200,000 to $210,000pa plus superannuation of up to 14.5% of salary and a motor vehicle allowance of $23,500pa.
