Council is seeking the services of a town planning professional with a minimum 5 years experience in a local government environment to the position of Principal Urban Planner within Council's City Development Branch.
The position will provide you with exposure to a range of complex inner metropolitan proposals including high rise residential infill and mixed use developments, whilst facilitating environmentally sustainable outcomes for our community. To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about working within the high paced environment of our planning assessment team and demonstrate a drive to achieving sustainable development outcomes.
You will be an individual that takes pride in the quality of your work, recognise the need to engage closely with applicants and the community to facilitate high quality town planning outcomes and be enthusiastic about contributing to the Continuous Improvement journey of the Branch.
