An exciting opportunity exists within Moreland City Council for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner. This position partners with a diverse range of business units and provides support on HR and workplace relations issues. Other responsibilities include Award and EBA interpretation, information on remuneration and benefits along with coaching support to supervisors and staff.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining positive and strong relationships with leaders, employees and external stakeholders as well as have exceptional customer service and strong influencing skills. You will have the ability to build rapport and provide advice and guidance amongst your key stakeholders and the wider business. You will also enjoy working as part of a close-knit team, be flexible and adaptable in your approach and bring a friendly, open-minded and happy-to help attitude.
A tertiary qualification in HR or equivalent is required and extensive experience in a similar role within a complex organisation will be highly regarded.
