An exciting opportunity to work on Moreland City Council’s festivals program; the Festivals Engagement Officer will work on a variety of festivals across our municipality including large scale events such as Sydney Road Street Party and Coburg Night Market but with a particular focus on community events such as Fawkner Festa and Glenroy Festival.

The successful candidate will have will have relevant experience in the planning and delivery of festivals with diverse communities and working in partnership with various stakeholders.  They will have high level organisational, administrative and computer skills and be able to effectively manage marketing and evaluation plans. 

The Festivals Engagement Officer will also be responsible for providing event management support to communities through administering Councils’ Community Events Permit application process.

This position requires a current Victorian Driver's Licence.
