Customer Service Officer


We are seeking professional, enthusiastic Customer Service Officers to join our growing Customer Service Team.

Our team provide a centralised, omni-channel customer service for Moreland City Council.  We are the first point of contact for customer requests received in person, over the phone and through online channels.  Our experienced and knowledgeable staff deliver a resolution at first point of contact, as well as directing customers to subject experts in relevant departments.  We have a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional service standard and ensuring our customers receive an efficient, friendly experience.

You are a proficient customer service professional who shares our genuine commitment to customer service.  You enjoy working with people and are able to perform in a diverse and complex environment.  You have proven skills in managing a wide range of customer queries and are able to learn quickly, embrace change and contribute to a positive culture of continuous improvement.

Full Time and Part Time will be considered.
