Council is seeking an individual with strong interpersonal skills to coordinate the Family Day Care and School Holiday Program teams.
The successful candidate will have experience in Children's Services, expertise in team leadership with the ability to motivate others, strong coaching skills, understanding of Family Day Care and School Holiday Programs, the National Quality Framework, Child Care Subsidy Program and proven financial management experience.
A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood is essential, together with a current Victorian Driver’s Licence, Working with Children and Police Check.
