Moreland City Council is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Youth Services Administration Officer who enjoys contact with the community and working with a dynamic team to provide a professional phone and face-to-face service to the community and in particular young people and agencies using the Oxygen Youth Space.   

Key aspects of this role include supporting the Youth Facility Coordinator to maintain service standards at Oxygen Youth Space. This includes administrative functions as well as supporting the team with social media and on-line presence.

The successful candidate will have well developed verbal and written communication skills,the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly, computer knowledge and an understanding of IT software systems and knowledge and experience with administrative support tasks.

To be successful in this role, you are required to have:

• Demonstrated sound communication skills within a customer service environment.
• Understanding of computer systems and related applications.
• Demonstrated competency in IT software systems.
• Relative administrative support experience is required.
