ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Primary School Holiday Program Educator to join our dynamic team. You will provide a quality care and recreation program for primary school aged children, families and the local community. Operating in this role you will facilitate engaging activities, appropriate and inclusive to all ages and needs, in a supervised, safe and encouraging environment.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS ROLE

  • A sound knowledge of Education and Care Services National Regulations
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating OSHC settings; Knowledge of “My Time Our Place” Framework for OSHC services
  • Experience in working with Children/families with additional needs and facilitating inclusive programs 
  • Qualifications or currently studying in Teaching / Early Childhood / Outside School Hours Care / Disability or other youth and child related fields
  • Current Level First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work a flexible roster at varied SHP venues as required
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Current Working with Children’s Check or Registration with Victorian Institute of Teaching
